HeadOn is a discussion-based political community where people from across the ideological and political spectrum come together to debate global conflicts, with a particular focus on Israel–Palestine and the wider Middle East and North Africa.

This server exists to foster serious, sustained, and intellectually honest conversation. HeadOn encourages members to engage with complexity, historical context, and lived realities, especially on issues that are often reduced to binary narratives elsewhere.

Members can explore deeper political, social, and legal perspectives; engage with authentic voices from the ground; and participate in moderated discussions, live dialogues, and events hosted by both the HeadOn team and community members. Conversations here span geopolitics, international law, armed conflict, identity, religion, colonial legacies, resistance movements, and diplomacy—often intersecting and challenging one another.

Disagreement is not only expected, it is essential. HeadOn values rigorous debate, sharp critique, and ideological challenge. What matters is how those disagreements are expressed: through respect for human dignity, evidence-based argumentation, intellectual honesty, and good-faith engagement.
