Hype and be hyped, to smash your fitness goals. No matter your fitness level, motivation and consistency is everything.
Motion started to help me and some friends stay motivated to exercise. I built a simple app to share our weekly goals, workouts, and steps, so we could keep each other accountable and on track.
We were a diverse bunch, so needed to be able to connect people across different countries, devices, platforms, and most importantly, very different fitness habits and levels.
That's why ...Motion connects people on iOS and Android, Fitbit and Apple Watch, Garmin and Strava, and pretty much any other wearable / tracking apps you can imagine
...Motion supports hundreds of workout types all together in one place (whether you count your steps, hit the gym, do yoga in the park, run after work, WOD in your living room, or skate on the weekend, Motion is here for you)
...Motion is based around weekly goals, as we know rest days are super-important, so daily streaks don't make sense for most people
...Motion has smart, dynamic goals, calibrated to your personal historic data, and adapt each week, to make sure you're always at the right level. Trust me, it's easier than guessing what your goal should be, or using inadequate one-size-fits-all goals (sorry, but 10k steps / day isn't right for everyone)
...Motion has an "effort based" goal system. It's sort of like a handicap, and means you can have more fun, and play with other's no matter your relative-levels.
...Motion has a beautiful and inclusive community, to make sure everyone has access to the social support, accountability, and motivation that helped me & my friends in the first place
Sounds too good to be true? Come see for yourself 🩵
